Private Sound Healing Sessions offer a deeply immersive and nurturing experience using sound to support relaxation, grounding and energetic balance. During your Sound Bath, you’ll lie comfortably while I intuitively create a soundscape using sacred sound healing instruments; crystal quartz and metal singing bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments. Allow the vibrations and tones to wash over you while you rest, breathe and let go of whatever you’ve been carrying. There is nothing you need to know or do. No meditation experience is required. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and receive. 1:2 Sound Bath Share the experience with someone special — a partner, friend, family member or loved one. Consent & Confidentiality Clients attending Clinical Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy or QHHT® will be required to read and sign a Confidentiality Consent Form at their first session. Wear comfortable clothing. Attend free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Silence mobile devices. Attend alone unless prior approval has been given. For Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy and QHHT®, be prepared to relax comfortably as directed. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may forfeit their appointment. No refunds will be provided. Cancellations & Refunds All fees are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, credit or reschedule. Agreement By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and where applicable, will sign the required Confidentiality Consent Form at your first session.
