📋 4 Week Reset Program

A structured clinical hypnotherapy psychotherapy program designed to help you reset unhelpful patterns, strengthen healthier responses, and create meaningful, lasting change.

This four-week process supports the subconscious mind through repetition, reinforcement, and targeted therapeutic work allowing change to feel more natural and sustainable.

Ideal for support with:

• Stop smoking or vaping

• Weight loss and habit regulation

• Anxiety and emotional balance

• Confidence and mindset

• Behavioural and stress-related patterns

Program Inclusions:

• Four hypnotherapy sessions over four consecutive weeks

• Personalised MP3 recordings for daily listening

• Email and text support between sessions if needed

Daily listening to recordings is strongly encouraged to maximise results and accelerate progress.

Location: Pambula SLSC 

Relax, unwind and experience a deeply restorative sound bath with Blake.

As you rest comfortably, the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other sacred instruments invite deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and inner balance. Simply lie back, receive and allow the sounds to guide you into a state of calm, clarity and renewal.

Your session includes:
✨ Comfortable air mattress, pillow & blanket
✨ Complimentary eye mask to keep
✨ Water & a sweet treat afterwards

What to bring:
Wear warm, comfortable clothing, as there is only passive heating at the venue. 

Arrival: Doors open at 3:50pm. The session begins promptly at 4:00pm and doors will be locked once the sound bath starts to ensure an uninterrupted experience.

✨Private Group Experiences

Private group experiences are available at Pambula SLSC  or at a venue of your choice (subject to venue suitability and availability).

Sessions are priced from $45 per person, with rates varying depending on group size, session type, duration and location. A minimum group size and/or minimum booking fee applies. Deposit of $150 is to be paid at time of booking to confirm your booking date and final numbers attending and payment due 7 days prior to booking date.
