ENERGETIC CLEARING SESSION
Embark on a transformative journey of sound and energy healing.
This powerful holistic experience weaves together trance-inducing sound vibrations and intuitive energy work to support
deep physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment.
Using my voice and a curated collection of sacred sound healing instruments — including Tibetan and
Quartz Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, Koshi chimes, shamanic drum, rain stick, tingsha cymbals
— I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and energetic restoration.
The session concludes with a refreshing mist of Sacred Chi Spray by @secretscentaromatherapy to seal in the healing.
This immersive experience promotes chakra balancing, clears energetic blockages, and supports healing
on both a cellular and auric level.

SOUND HEALING SESSION (SOUND BATH)
Blake will take you on a transformational sound journey that will take you to a deep space of peace,
re-aligning your chakras, clearing away all that is no longer serving you and restoring your being back into balance. You can just lie down and chill out during this nurturing session, as the blissful sounds work through you. Transporting you to another dimension, a potent, soothing,
soul-healing experience.
Sound Healing is said to calm and restore the nervous system and bring greater peace and clarity to the mind. Sound Healing also activates the body’s natural healing abilities, uplifts your being and allows the presence of your Higher Self to come forth more readily. Creating deep energy work and shifts in your consciousness to provide healing on all levels of your being.
Blake’s melodic and soothing voice will lull you into a deep state of relaxation, accompanied by sacred sound healing instruments that will penetrate deep down to the cellular level, clearing out the dissonance (the vibrations that don’t belong and/or are out of sync with the natural rhythms) and vibrating each cell back into order and resonance.

CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY - PSYCHOTHERAPY
During this session you will be guided into hypnosis or a trance-like state of focus and concentration. This trance-like state is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music or even one's own thoughts or meditation. In this state, people can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilise the natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life. I use Suggestion Therapy, Regression Therapy and Personality Integration Psychotherapy during the session, based on each person's individual needs and responses.
