This one-on-one session weaves together guided relaxation, intuitive energy clearing and the therapeutic power of sound to support emotional wellbeing, energetic alignment and nervous system regulation. Using intuition and a carefully curated collection of sacred sound healing instruments — including Tibetan and Quartz Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, Koshi chimes, shamanic drum, rain stick and tingsha cymbals. Blake will guide you into a deeply relaxed state where healing and restoration can naturally unfold. Each session is unique and intuitively guided, allowing space for exactly what is needed in the moment. ✦ Important Information & Terms ✦ Health Disclosure Before booking a Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy or QHHT® session, you must disclose any relevant medical conditions, mental health diagnoses and medications. Hypnosis is not suitable for individuals diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia or other severe mental health conditions. Consent & Confidentiality Clients attending Clinical Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy or QHHT® will be required to read and sign a Confidentiality Consent Form at their first session. This outlines the therapy process, confidentiality, its limitations and confirms your informed consent. Your appointment cannot proceed until the form has been signed. Wear comfortable clothing. Attend free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Silence mobile devices. Attend alone unless prior approval has been given. For Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy and QHHT®, be prepared to relax comfortably as directed. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may forfeit their appointment. No refunds will be provided. Cancellations & Refunds All fees are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, credit or reschedule. Agreement By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and where applicable, will sign the required Confidentiality Consent Form at your first session.
