✦ Important Information & Terms of Service ✦ Health Disclosure Before booking a Hypnotherapy or Regression session, you are required to disclose any current medical conditions and medications. Certain health conditions may make you ineligible for these services. Hypnosis is not suitable for individuals diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia, or other severe mental health conditions. Disclaimer By booking an Intuitive Psychic Mediumship, Hypnotherapy, or Regression session with Blake Haver, you acknowledge and agree to the following: No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcome of any session. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. All insights and guidance are subjective and intended solely for personal reflection. You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on your session. Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Session Recording Clients are not permitted to record sessions. All sessions are recorded by Blake Haver for quality assurance. A copy of the session recording will be provided to you within 24 hours. Right to Refuse Service Blake reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or end any session at their sole discretion. Client Responsibilities To ensure a smooth and effective session, please ensure the following: A stable internet connection A fully charged device with a working camera, microphone, speakers and/or headphones (your face and upper body must be visible) A quiet, private space free from interruptions (no children, pets, or other distractions) For hypnotherapy and regression sessions: a comfortable place to recline or lie down (e.g. a bed, couch, recliner, or floor) Sessions are one-on-one only — no other individuals may be present Late Policy If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your session will be forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be provided. Cancellations & Refunds All fees are non-refundable You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or credit Agreement By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
