A space to slow down, switch off and simply receive.

 

Private Sound Healing Sessions offer a deeply immersive and nurturing experience using sound to support relaxation,

grounding and energetic balance.

 

During your Sound Bath, you’ll lie comfortably while I intuitively create a soundscape using sacred sound healing instruments:

quartz crystal and metal singing bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments. Allow the vibrations and tones to wash over you while you rest, breathe and let go of whatever you’ve been carrying.

 

There is nothing you need to know or do. No meditation experience is required. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and receive.

 

1:1 Sound Bath

A private and personalised experience, with the session intuitively guided around you and what you need on the day.

 

1:2 Sound Bath

Share the experience with someone special — a partner, friend, family member or loved one. A beautiful way to pause, reconnect and experience the calming effects of sound together.

 

Come as you are. There’s nothing to achieve, nothing to fix and nowhere else you need to be.

Private Group Experiences

​

Private group experiences are available at Pambula SLSC  or at a venue of your choice (subject to venue suitability and availability).

​​​​​​

Sessions are priced from $45 per person, with rates varying depending on group size, session type, duration and location. A minimum group size and/or minimum booking fee applies $450. Deposit of $150 is to be paid at time of booking to confirm your booking date and final numbers attending and payment due 7 days prior to booking date.
