Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ allows people to access a part of themselves that holds all the answers, some people call this the Higher Self, the Over Soul or the Super Conscious. With QHHT® people are able to have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are and to ultimately create change within themselves. People come for a QHHT® session for many reasons. Some come out of curiosity, some have questions about their life purpose, family, work or health issues. Mostly, people want to better understand why their life has been the way it has, and most importantly, how to move forward in the best way possible. After only one session, you will know that you do have all the answers inside and you will be given the key to access that state whenever you desire. All you have to do is be open to the process, relax and talk. I create a safe space for your transformation to occur, I guide you into the deepest trance state and I ask the right questions for you to get the most out of your session. When it’s all over, you will feel more refreshed and wonderful than you have in a long time. QHHT® Session includes pre-talk, session and de-brief after session, also includes a recording of your session ~ in person, in my clinic (not available online) Session Fee $555 - Allow 4 - 6 hours

✦ Important Information & Terms ✦ Health Disclosure Before booking a Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy or QHHT® session, you must disclose any relevant medical conditions, mental health diagnoses and medications. Hypnosis is not suitable for individuals diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia or other severe mental health conditions. Consent & Confidentiality Clients attending Clinical Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy or QHHT® will be required to read and sign a Confidentiality Consent Form at their first session. This outlines the therapy process, confidentiality, its limitations and confirms your informed consent. Your appointment cannot proceed until the form has been signed. You are responsible for any decisions or actions taken following your session. Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Session Recording Clients may not record sessions. Right to Refuse Service Blake Haver reserves the right to decline, reschedule or end any session at their sole discretion. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Arrive on time. Wear comfortable clothing. Attend free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Silence mobile devices. Attend alone unless prior approval has been given. For Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy and QHHT®, be prepared to relax comfortably as directed. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may forfeit their appointment. No refunds will be provided. Cancellations & Refunds All fees are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, credit or reschedule. Agreement By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and where applicable, will sign the required Confidentiality Consent Form at your first session.
