Blake channels loving guidance from your Higher Self, Spirit and the Divine, allowing the session to naturally move where it needs to go. ✦ Important Information & Terms ✦ Health Disclosure Before booking a Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy or QHHT® session, you must disclose any relevant medical conditions, mental health diagnoses and medications. Hypnosis is not suitable for individuals diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia or other severe mental health conditions. Consent & Confidentiality Clients attending Clinical Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy or QHHT® will be required to read and sign a Confidentiality Consent Form at their first session. This outlines the therapy process, confidentiality, its limitations and confirms your informed consent. Your appointment cannot proceed until the form has been signed. Wear comfortable clothing. Attend free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Silence mobile devices. Attend alone unless prior approval has been given. For Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy and QHHT®, be prepared to relax comfortably as directed. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may forfeit their appointment. No refunds will be provided. Cancellations & Refunds All fees are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, credit or reschedule. Agreement By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and where applicable, will sign the required Confidentiality Consent Form at your first session.
