This four-week process supports the subconscious mind through repetition, reinforcement, and targeted therapeutic work allowing change to feel more natural and sustainable. Ideal for support with: Stop smoking or vaping Weight loss and habit regulation Anxiety and emotional balance Confidence and mindset Behavioural and stress-related patterns Program Inclusions: Four hypnotherapy sessions over four consecutive weeks Personalised MP3 recordings for daily listening Email and text support between sessions if needed Daily listening is strongly encouraged to maximise results and accelerate progress. ✦ Important Information & Terms ✦ Health Disclosure Before booking a Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy or QHHT® session, you must disclose any relevant medical conditions, mental health diagnoses and medications. Hypnosis is not suitable for individuals diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia or other severe mental health conditions. Consent & Confidentiality Clients attending Clinical Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy or QHHT® will be required to read and sign a Confidentiality Consent Form at their first session. This outlines the therapy process, confidentiality, its limitations and confirms your informed consent. Your appointment cannot proceed until the form has been signed. Disclaimer By booking a session with Blake Haver, you acknowledge that: No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, effectiveness or outcome of any session. These services do not replace medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. All guidance is provided for personal insight and self-development only. You are responsible for any decisions or actions taken following your session. Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Session Recording Clients may not record sessions. Right to Refuse Service Blake Haver reserves the right to decline, reschedule or end any session at their sole discretion. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Arrive on time. Wear comfortable clothing. Attend free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Silence mobile devices. Attend alone unless prior approval has been given. For Hypnotherapy, Soul Regression Therapy and QHHT®, be prepared to relax comfortably as directed. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may forfeit their appointment. No refunds will be provided. Cancellations & Refunds All fees are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, credit or reschedule. Agreement By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and where applicable, will sign the required Confidentiality Consent Form at your first session.
