Blake Haver reserves the right to decline or terminate a session at any time, for any reason.

Technology & Client Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a reliable internet connection, a fully charged electronic device or computer, and that your camera and microphone are working properly prior to your scheduled session.
You must be in a quiet, private space, free from interruptions and distractions for the full duration of the session.
No one else may be present during your session unless explicitly approved in writing by Blake in advance.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled session without notifying Blake beforehand, your session will be forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All session fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
You may reschedule your session if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
No rescheduling or credit will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
